Delivery and Terms & Conditions

The minimum order amount is £20.00

Happy Cow Catering can deliver within a 30 mile radius of Exeter. Deliveries are free within Exeter but incur travelling expenses beyond that.

Delivery costs outside of Exeter:

• Up to 10 miles £6.00 charge
• Up to 20 miles £16.00 charge
• Up to 30 miles £24.00 charge

Bookings

We require at least five working days notice for all orders and bookings. A 10% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the booking. The outstanding invoice is then to be paid upon delivery of the food.

Canellation Fees

• More than two weeks notice of cancellation - no charge
• More than one week but less than two - 25% charge
• More than two days but less than one week - 50% charge
• Two working days or less - 100% charge
